We use Courier Posts Overnight tracked service and you will receive tracking updates via email or watch the status of your order in the My Account section of the Website. (We cannot control any shipping delays and rural delivery may take 1 – 3 days longer)
If your package has been damaged in transit, please ensure you keep all packaging, courier bag, and the original contents, failure to do this may void a Claim.
